Bec Grainger - Parent to Accredited Coach

We are thrilled to celebrate Bec Grainger, coach of the Dolphins and Splash, who is now officially an accredited coach after completing her Development Course!

Bec’s journey is a fantastic example of club spirit. She first stepped up as a team manager, transitioned into coaching, and has now formalised her skills. From attending "Coach the Coach" sessions to Adult Clinics, Bec has embraced every opportunity to grow. This dedication doesn't just benefit her players; it also allows her to be a knowledgeable mentor for her daughter Sammie as she begins her representative netball career.

One of her players, Kailyn, shared how much Bec means to the team:

“She has been an excellent coach, devoting her time to our team, helping with our gameplay, and being really supportive while we are on court. If someone asked if I’d want her to coach us again, I would say definitely! Also, Bec, ‘you’re a baddie!’”
