Our weekly court tactics are on a need-to-know basis (and our opponents definitely don’t need to know).
Our club-wide strategy however is an open book. Backed by a stellar committee, coaches, managers and supporters, here is the game plan we are executing off the court.

Be a Good Sport
We are proud to be a Good Sports club. We understand the importance of being positive role models and continue to offer a safe environment for our members. We encourage all our members to be ‘good sports’ and only engage with sponsors who share our values.

Attack the drop out rate
Around 60% of female teenagers drop out of organised sport, and we want to change that. For the 2026 and 2027 season, we are focusing heavily on keeping the game fun and making sure Headlands is a relaxed social space where our teens actually want to hang out.

We love celebrating our members. Whether it’s a player mastering a new court skill, a junior building the confidence to umpire, a member making a representative team or a team showing great sportsmanship on Saturday. Check out our news section.
